Dire Financial Crisis! Read! BioCorRX had $11,342 on hand at end of December 2017. They are operating on no cash! They had a conference call on March 8th which Brady advised that they are pursueing finance options and finance companies to help fund the company moving forward. A month later no word as to any funds being received, which confirms that there isn’t any new money yet.
They just recently filed paperwork for a grant but if you don’t know - the federal government grants can take months to a year to acquire. Generally 6-8 months.
How can they survive for any longer financially? I imagine they aren’t paying theirselves and they’re behind on rent. Hopefully they don’t get evicted and lose the main office, which is quite small by the way if you haven’t been there.
Someone said before that they were selling shares on the open market for 14 cents, but that’s incorrect. I checked into that.

Look at the 10K! Their generated income is even down from the year prior by nearly $50,000. So their implants is generating less business. Also the 10K shows that they are growing ever more deeper into debt! Oh my dear word their debt is starting to look like and can be compared to Tesla’s!
Keep holding and you might be listed as the Bagholder of 2018! I’m not buying not even for 3 cents. I don’t think the company will survive much longer. A friend said they have called the office and no one answers!
