I can read, SoxButt. The point is that CITIZENS lose their voting rights for various periods of time after conviction.

.Illegal entry non-citizens should not vote ---ever. If they become permanent residents---fine.

But never to vote.

And spare me the "second class citizen" crap. They will not be citizens. They will be Permanent resident aliens.
