No R/S! Period! It’s going to be just 1:1 share exchange. How do I know?

Reasons:

1. Edgan owns 5%. He is not an insider. Just a share holder like you and me. Don’t think he will be happy to see the split, or else he wouldn’t have sold his 71% to Delfin.

2. Delfin already owned 71% and possibly have already acquired another 10% to 15% which brings their holding to 80% - 85%.

3. You gotta leave 10% freely trade for the public. You need to have 450+ shareholders to make it to Nasdaq.

4. Trust me, assets that are going into the shell will be worth at least $1 billion. And this will be the valuation they use to get listed on Nasdaq. Anything under that will be a JOKE and might as well be trading in OTC. Why? because they need to attract investors!

5. Edgan’s 5% plus yours and my shares probably add up to only 15% of the total. What a perfect number and perfect capital structure to complete the reverse merger deal. Most R/M deals ended with 80% owned by the private company.

This is a no brainer.
