Tossil, what ever the magic number is, you must believe that they are worried...hence that last 8K a week ago with severance packages outlined by the top three. If they were not worried, why rush to put out that message BEFORE the end of the voting period? Maybe they noticed something and wanted plausible deniability before the votes were tallied..."we didn't know it was going to fail...all the votes were not in yet".
