This is an emerging market with a highly competitive landscape. If I were a private company looking to go public I would want someone I trust, that would enable me to maximize my impact on the market....would I dilute that person, who by the way I’ve known personally for decades...? No. Simple. I would scratch their back, because they scratched it when they cut me a deal to enable my access to billions in public dollars
