On January 29, 2018, at 10:00 a.m., a hearing (the "Settlement Hearing")
will be held at the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, 402 East State

Street, Courtroom 6W, Trenton, NJ 08608 before the Honorable Magistrate Judge
Douglas E. Arpert, to determine: (i) whether the terms of the Settlement are fair,
reasonable, and adequate and should be finally approved by the Court; (ii) whether
a final judgment should be entered; (iii) whether the Court should award the
agreed-upon attorneys' fees and reimbursement of expenses for Plaintiff's Counsel;
(iv) whether to approve the incentive amount for Plaintiff's prosecution of the
Action; and (v) such other matters as may be necessary or proper under the
circumstances. The Court may adjourn the Settlement Hearing without further
notice to Advaxis stockholders
