Where we stand…

• Capsule bios of several non-executive officers were removed from the ADXS website and corporate slide deck. Conclusion: ADXS must be on the verge of being acquired by someone.

• ADXS has been sloppy about returning calls from investors, if they are returned at all. Conclusion: ADXS must be on the verge of being acquired by someone.

• ADXS recently sold shares at what was then a multi-year low and the current share price is about 10% below the share price in the recent financing transaction. Conclusion: ADXS must be on the verge of being acquired by someone.

• ADXS has a poster presentation at ASCO on ADXS-PSA. Conclusion: ADXS must be on the verge of being acquired by MRK.

• ADXS has withdrawn the ADXS-NEO IND so it can be resubmitted with some alterations. Conclusion: ADXS must be on the verge of being acquired by AMGN.

• Oops—the last two bullet points contradict each other. Conclusion: AMGN and MRK must have entered into a bidding war to acquire ADXS.
