The assets that have supposedly been stolen for the last 5 years are still there. But the only assets ERHC no longer controls are the ones they sold, they defaulted on or they gave back because there was nobody interested in partnering with them.

ERHC has been desperately seeking partners for years in both the JDZ and EEZ and nobody has wanted any of those blocks after the 5 dry holes were drilled in the JDZ. And nobody has been interested in Kenya block 11A either after the dry hole was drilled there.

So, no, nobody has ever stolen any ERHC assets and nobody is trying to steal them now. It is just code speak to explain and make excuses for lack of prospectivity, lack of willing partners, lack of competent management and tring to avoid the reality that nobody wants the damn blocks after all those dry holes and after all that money was squandered.
