hasn't been any insider buying in years. you would think that if things were so great they would be accumulating shares at these "bargain prices" Mr. amelio got his stock at .15 cents per share for "services rendered" and warrants to buy at .20 cents a share (warrants have expired) with the stock at .03 cents why aren't they putting in money to buy the stock???
