look powerbattles. the POINT is that they don't need shareholder approval now that they are on the pinks. they don't. ask the company. to say that NOTHING has changed since moving to pinks is INACCURATE! if that was the case, they would still be on the naz. they are no longer bound by nasdq requirements, so they have more latitude with things like increasing their authorized and doing a r/s. those are facts!! they now have the ability to issue themselves preferred shares with greater voting power that would give them the ability to outvote the no votes! rnva will get their r/s and authorized increases and their stock incentive plans too!
