Here's the judgement. I googled: RMC SEC judgement
I found the final.

So, from here, I have no idea what our hopes are.
On one hand, the company now owes the SEC $2.5 million.
That could lead us to bankruptcy, if the SEC declares us in default.
Or they might just let it rest and see what happens.
