I see the chart but still find it hard to believe that they woke up Monday morning and took a 90% hit. It makes more sense for them to buy up more shares and pump the stock with a press release, maybe say something like "we hope EDGE would re-evaluate their decision to stop the trial, we feel the program had great potential"

There is always the possibility that EDGE issued more shares to these institutions. That would initially keep the price down but I would still be looking for a pop so the institutions can recover some of their money.

All just speculation on my behalf based on my experience with the market.
