You have to understand that there is a different between what is best for the company and how to communicate with shareholders.
Its all about expectations.
When they say they will secure financing in Q1 2018 I expect them to meet it.
And if they dont, I expect an answere why not and what to expect in future.

What is wrong in giving low expectations and meet them. If they do it early even better.

I understand that they should take their time to do it right, but the communication is a catastrophe from the beginning on.
