If the past is an indication of the future then I'd say it's time to buy when bar chart says a higher percentage to sell.


When barchart is saying sell it's just saying that a lot of people have sold. And once a lot of people have have sold is when a stock stops going down.... because the sellers have sold.

When barchart got up to 90% buy for owcp, that's about when it dropped.

You can't sell once everyone has sold, and buy once everyone has bought. You have to do the opposite. Buy once everyone has sold and sell once everyone has bought.

If there is some extra fear in here and it breaks .20 I will buy all I can at .12.
