What ? The funding they procured from those 2 lenders is for ARGQ now, not clients...


2. Use of Proceeds . Borrower shall use the proceeds of each Tranche for reduction of indebtedness, inorganic growth via acquisitions of various advisory firms with funds under management and general working capital purposes.


Meaning....paying off debt, making acquisitions, and general working capital....if there is extra $ available, they could theoretically use some to help fund a client, but that is probably unlikely...
