jerzy - I'll ask about the O/S and float - Did you speak to the T/A personally, or get that figure from a friend of a cousin that read it on RB, lol?

If they indeed have 2B extra shares added to the O/S, my 1st 2 thoughts are:

#1 - Corporacion Financiera Ebiz

Can't see that they are generating enough revenue to acquire a company with assests of 5 million dollars using cash!
