Dead fish don't swim. Not saying this is dead or can't do anything. But anyone with a sound mind deeply invested in this must be concerned when the last 2 divy's didn't even push this 1 uptick. With the multiple years of losing revenue, the losses suffered (IE Budbank, marina, GCC store not even currently open, etc etc) 1 must really wonder what it would take to give this any upticks. Can Wayne even create the kind of magic to lift this anymore? Time will tell. But IMO hard to be optimistic when its sat at the bottom as long as it has.
