Yes,, everyone should do their own DD to buy/Sell the shares. EFLN management updated the news on their website since they cannot to PR while it is under suspension. They may release PR once it starts trading. Let SEC, FINRA, DTC do their thorough investigation for results. Seems like DTCC and FINRA already started counting the shares and they may catch Naked Shorting guys. Let's sit tight and wait for the results.
