"DLTZ to Register New Offering of Preferred Stock to Fund Nipton " Which means DILUTION! That is all this company does is dilute shares. Without dilution they have no money. The sorry sad part is that they produce nothing and generate no revenue. That money just goes in their pockets. What a scam!!!!
