This company cannot compete on the solar module level. It has let go many sales people and staff. They have shifted their focus to a once already failed product of Dow's solar shingles. Even Dow self admittedly gave up on this. Now RGS needs 10 Million to begin the process and pipeline to hopefully sell these high maintenance requiring systems which will yield a much higher cost than they are telling investors for callbacks and repairs. This is a cancer and they should have just scaled down to a Colorado regional installer and boosted profits to the moon. This is going to be the straw that breaks the camel's back
