What is the OS of the holding company?
This is not good news... actually, I believe that it is very BAD news!
The holding company will be where the massive dilution of the EPGL holders' percentage ownership comes in.
I assumed that they would just raise the AS and sell shares that way, but now they have a holding company that they can issue shares in freely!
This explains how they crammed like 6B shares into 10,000,000 shares with a 500:1 R/S... THEY DIDN'T! I wonder how many shares of the holding company AJW and Bunnyman hold already?
