Regarding the painful process of obtaining FDA OTC Clearance for a medical device that will help tens of millions of pain sufferers......

I believe the issues you refer to were different from the SEC matter. SEC began when a man with a record was exposed as representing BIEL as a fully accredited lawyer and member of a Bar, when he was not. He was exposed, tossed to the street by the victim, BIEL, and went sniffling to SEC with lies because BIEL refused to pay him, as a fraud.

“Actually if you dig deeper it is due to a poster on this board getting so annoyed after some personal maters that they called the SEC to report things that were in the fillings in black and white

$400k of legal costs per years for 3 years can buy you a lot of advertising”

A ton of advertising dollars, all caused by the fraudulent SEC action generated by the fraudster! Amazing but true! And if one digs deeper still, another event described in the link below, took place in 2010, 8 years ago, and the angst you describe emanated as a result of that. But, I don’t think that scenario delayed FDA OTC clearance by one day, although the dishonest SEC debacle cost a couple of million in advertising dollars. I also think the FDA process took the many years it has only because that is the nature of the beast and the ActiPatch breakthrough disruptive technology was so new to FDA, that extended the learning curve and clearance process.
