lol price per share won't change the easiness of a buyout.

Those guys been running their staple company, Tre Kronor Media for almost 10 years. They have multiple inside shareholders w lots of interest so they all want the max payout.

With their long term client base and domination in Sweden media business, I doubt they sell it for anything under 100 million(aka 6cents per share to every common share.

Also looks like we now have over 6% stake in Local Planet International.

Which is on its way to be a top 10 agency in the world. That stake alone could be worth a billion dollars(aka 60 cents per share to every share)
