So, the company (JADA) stops filing after the Accountant was reprimanded by the PCAOB and you think there is no issues at all?

Furthermore, if you read the filings on LRDR you would see he is just getting involved now.

The next steps would be to get it (LRDR) current.

LRDR may be a better play. Up to you and your risk tolerance of being in a massive R/S.
