True, the ticker itself is an asset. I hadn't considered that.

But

(1) How much is a pink ticker worth by itself? $100k, maybe $200k?

(2) Wouldn't the new owners cancel the existing shares or just R/S them into nothing and issue new shares?

I mean, what is the point of buying a ticker if it comes with the baggage of existing shareholders? The point of buying a ticker is to go public with your private company and raise capital.
