April 5th, 2018 Enviro-Serv, Inc. (EVSV), which targets highly profitable government and commercial pest control and environmental services contracts, is pleased to announce its 2018 letter to shareholders. The company financials will be posted on OTCMARKETS.COM no later than the close of business April 6th.

Dear Shareholders,
The first 3 months in 2018 and all of 2017 have been full of milestones. From successfully continuing our franchise relationship with Pestmaster Services Reno and branching out to non-pest control related contracts business has never been better. I’m extremely pleased to say that 2017 was a record setting year for the company as we projected in our shareholder letter at the beginning of 2017. We’ve been able to achieve these goals and expectations because of our amazing support staff, employees, management and hard work. Revenues are being generated from both companies, Enviro-Serv, Inc. and Pestmaster Services Tampa. Non-pest control relationships were forged in 2017 which are clearly increasing our revenues and diversifying our sales stream making us no longer a “one trick pony.” With such an incredible year in 2017 well behind us I eagerly look forward to the remainder of 2018.
2017 was a year of significant progress for the company. We executed several complex initiatives and continue to make great strides in delivering on the strategic initiatives that we have been working on for the last several years. Although not everything we set out to do in 2017 was achieved, overall the company’s operations, competitive posture and foundation for profitable growth are all much stronger today than one year ago.

In 2014 we generated pest control sales of just over $50,000 and $107,000 in 2015 and were extremely proud to announce sales in 2016 of $200,000.Enviro-Serv, Inc. on a consolidated basis has $300,000 in revenue in 2017 an increase of 50% from the prior year.

In 2017 we were successful in raising much needed capital in the first 6 months of the year of $85,000 which was utilized for corporate growth and to facilitate the significant contracts from last year. Most of this cash remains in the bank and we are extremely proud of this milestone. Regarding dilution and issuance of common stock the company last issued stock that was related to corporate financing in June 2017 and none since. We continue to target potential acquisition and merger candidates as well as identifying potential new territories within the Pestmaster Franchise Network. With the stock price of EVSV deflated almost the entire second half of the year while at the same time setting record financial results was extremely frustrating for all of us but I believe the market is now understanding our successes and will close the gap on the disconnect between our current market value and with our internal organic growth and achievements.

It is my utmost goal in 2018 to increase both shareholder value and awareness and to get EVSV stock to a more fair market valuation which at this time I do not believe it is. In the last 6 months we have won the contract with the City of Tampa to handle all pest control for all city facilities which could exceed revenues of $60,000 alone in 2018. We have expanded our work scope for the bed bug inspections for the James Haley VA hospital system to include outpatient facilities which should amount to an increase of VA based revenues in 2018 of $15,000-$20,000. Last week we generated $16,740 for just one portion of our MacDill AFB private housing contract which is being renewed next week for another year just to state a few achievements.

Over the last two months we have booked “non- pest control” revenues with a U.S. Army sub contractor of over $45,000 which we feel very strongly about securing more contracts with this group. Pest control revenues are off to a huge start like last year due to the warm winter months and we are hitting on all cylinders with that division. Consolidated Q1 2018 financials will be posted by Mid-May showing this record setting pace.

We have certainly hit the ground running in 2018 with record results but this is just the tip of the iceberg. Although management is proud of last year and the great start of 2018 by no means are we complacent or content. We have a very hard working team both here in Tampa and Reno which never stops bird dogging opportunity and we truly feel there are no contracts to big or complicated for our team to handle. We know we can outperform our competition and continue to strive for 5 star customer service ratings and dominate the Tampa Bay market place. We look forward to a huge 2018 and we know how to get there.

I want to thank all of our investors and shareholders for your unwavering support and patience as we strive to build this company to the one million dollar level and beyond.

Sincerely
,Chris A. Trina, CEO
