Like I said before, just the physical assets (land) alone are worth way more than the current market cap and CBRE confirmed that. This appraisal didn’t even include the farm lands. This 42 mill is just for that 5k ocean front land!! So, yeah, I am going to continue to accumulate.
Just do your own DD and tune out some of the noise on this board.
