INQD is falling off the cannabis sector sentiment algorithm and that is the crux of the issue.

It is certainly difficult to effectively communicate the Company's value during a quite period, while not being able to enjoy the various exemptions and loosened communication efforts provided by the SEC to more seasoned issuers, since OTC companies can not rely on such exemptions.

Especially since getting exposure in the OTC is already difficult to begin with and recently even OTCmarkets has imposed more stringent rules on how a Company can communicate, without being subject to stock promotion flags.
