jts130, I hope your not that gullible... incorporating under new name is the way to screw the common shareholder... NOT the so called shorts.... I would bet that the old shares are now non trade and deemed worthless by the company. A majority of sub pennies do not transfer your shares to the new company... why take in old o/s when you can start fresh again and again.......same ole' same ole'..!!
