I don't agree with what he said about MM's run pinkies twice a year. They aren't all that much different than OTCBB stocks when it comes to why and how they move. They are news driven like any other stock is and the better the fundamentals the better the move they make.

His statement is WAY to general. When are these two time a year that they run them?? I've never noticed a distinct period when they do this.

I don't give that post much credence at all.
