the Form 4 was option grants. They did not buy any shares. They did a private placement, raised money and yet today they default on the project saying they don’t have money and want to focus elsewhere. Strange.
The share price took a 50% hit in 8 sessions. I bought a bit today near the close. Let’s see what happens.
