they are not going to tell you that. they are going to refer you to their filings. read them. they tell the story. how in the world do you think the company is going to move forward if there are no shares left to issue and they still have a ton of debt on the books and need money for the acquisition to finalize? huh how are they supposed to pay the folks they owe next year without raising their authorized and/or doing a r/s. they will be STUCK. they will be forced into bk reorg. rnva is a real company and cannot afford for shareholders to play pinky games.
