I spoke with transfer agent Darren Zheng at Island Stock Transfer, who is the transfer agent for GGSM. Man, more DD than I've ever done here...he said that all brokerages have to pay $500 fee to transfer this stock because it's been a frozen account for 3 years and that brokers would want the shareholder to pay the $500 fee. Well, I'll be holding with you guys....for years maybe...unless the company goes current. Idk. $1 huh?? Sound f'n great to me.
