Here is an example of valuation:
Assume profits of $1million and Industry PE of 50
Then,
EPS = 1,000,000/48,000,000 = $0.0208 (EPS)
PPS = PE x EPS
50 x 0.0208 = $1.04 Price per share. (Here’s your $1 now).
Of course revenues need to grow steadily, and the company needs to become a reporting company by moving over into another exchange IMO.
