Investors need to know what your plan is

Giving Bot Bakery back to his daughter which had nothing to do with MJ is something investors never should have financed in the first place. However, if he specified a promissory note amount for her to repay I missed it. Unless it's repaid in an equitable, arms length fair value for what she received then that appears to constitute a taxable gift to her. The fact that the source of her funds came from shareholders at the direction of her FATHER seems even more problematic ..even potentially illegal if it's not fairly and fully repaid.

Alper also cherry picked various ventures he and his brother own or control... rolled them into Michigan Plant Technologies ...and then decreed they would be going PRIVATE (WTF) in exchange for a $250k promissory note.

Finally, Alper bartered $700,000,00 worth of stock to two month old Cann10 North America thereby securing the top job for himself. What do you want to bet that MPT winds up being acquired by Cann 10. Not that it would matter to shareholders since its been "streamlined" (taken private.)

Talk about nepotism and self dealing.

My "opinion" is as valid as your "hearsay"
