You nailed it. You put into words the thing I had in mind. Exactly. If they had tied up their future to sprint to do the wells Royalle has out there, they encumber the stuff they need to do the LOI. Hence, they hold off on the growth they announced and that is what the delays at Grimes were about.

Now, it may be wrong, but it sure seems to hold together as a possible explanation. And, it lets Lancaster off the hook somewhat because it makes him crazy like a fox.
