Yep. No wonder if it takes so long to get rid of that damn CE. It's unbelievable what these guys at otcmarkets do. People need to file a complaint with the SEC or FINRA on them. They really think they can do anything. ANCE hasn't been involved in any way on that promo page back then and still they get punished on it for so long. Absolutely ridiculous.
