Just a hunch/conjecture, but the holdup may be the outright sale of the company.

A buyer of the co. would need to know the outcome of the Prurisol trial in order to value the compound.

In one of the most recent Press Releases, Leo stated that there are/were companies that were interested in all three (3) compounds.

That to me means a potential outright sale.

But, who really knows. We'll soon find out.
