My take is that it would not be "legal" for him to have made the statement that there are (present tense) agreements to bot license & promote it to their clients (OptionsExpress & TD Ameritrade, that is) UNLESS.... there actually were such agreements. Hence, it is logical to expect there will be PRs to that effect forthcoming.. Anyway, thats what I derived from his comments.
