My conversation with Wayne about two and a half months ago, indicated he wanted to put out a News Letter to shareholders.

Based on his lack of followthrough and the fact that he has stepped down as CEO of the Co., I have a feeling we will see the stock drift back down to the $1.5 to $2 range again!

The insiders will probably load up again before any news comes out!
