Did you really believe that a husband and wife with no engineering background and no experience running a public company could produce something when hundreds of millions of dollars in research and development were done by REAL companies and the National Laboratories to prove small-scale VAWT was infeasible?

The reverse split didn't happen. Why wouldn't FINRA approve it? The SEC hasn't approved the latest S-1. OTC Markets has not delisted them yet even though they do not meet the standards to remain on the OTCQB. This I such an obvious fraud that nobody even cares to spend the time to enforce the rules against them. They are defunct and need to just go away before they end up in prison.
