I was "scoffing" at the inability of RXMD "Nasdaq Company" not being able to come up with 300k. Locations of my businesses the closest being 50 miles at furthest being 300 miles at one time. I never made a statement on LOCATION oe DISTNCE??? I pointed out the sale price was for scripts and should have a no compete agreement attached. Lease would be transferred. Also said ARMEN ould have given Preffered shares at very least as Commons backing up to A/S and using Double the purchase price in Convertible debt with over 80% of O/S used.

... and my big point was not many understanding the TYPE of Script business RXMD does, as it is Different from Walgreens?

The Problem: FAILURE by a CEO in PENNYLAND, is not only an Acceptable Practice, it REWARDS a CEO... It's much EASIER for CEO to make money selling Company shares, than Build a Company.
