Because Global is a Canadian company they make their filings and PR's thru SEDAR which is the equivalent of the SEC in the States.

ON Globals website in the investors section there is a link which is SEDAR..

following that it takes you to Globals filings on SEDAR and the forms filed today are the financials...

hence the quiet period ends and Global may now Pr etc.
So expect news over next couple of days hopefully leading up to shareholders meeting next Tuesday..
