The PR is hilarious! North Wind is ONE PERSON named Ian Strachan. Ian is in his 70s and is a failed businessman at everything he has tried.

There is no order. There is an anticipated order and Ian is looking for financing. He is just trying to bail himself out of a failed investment in Sauer Energy. There will be no production because they don't have anything to produce. They bought 6 turbines from China last year and tried to add a braking system to them. They disclosed in their SEC filings that the braking system didn't work.

Be careful... this is a PROVEN fraud!
