I think your post is sincere but only lacks the knowledge on the topic so I am going to spend a minute explaining why a FT status it is not important at this stage of the process for OWCP scientists.

You do realize that OWCP is run by scientists that have been working on MMJ for over 20 years in their field as part time and FULL TIME in different institutions.

You realize that top scientists are not spending full-time in the labs and actually doing all the leg work themselves, right?

Our top scientists at OWCP have overseen and conducted tests and trials over decades in Israel already when not many knew what MMJ even is in U.S.!

Their work is DONE for what they are trying to commercialize here at OWCP! They are mainly in the "administration" phase of getting their knowledge "commercialized" through trials that are done by local clinics and doctors at Sheba and other places.

OWCP Scientists "dictate" what formula and what portion, and what condition should be followed for a certain study. They don't do leg work like drawing blood and writing down subjects' results. So, they don't need to be full-time although would be diserable to do so. I am sure company will get to a point that will make it a necessity though.

It is always good to know deep knowledge of what goes into a clinical trial and what challenges are there in such studies and trials.
