I think I read on that site if you see the short interest drop, MM’s think the stock will go up. If it gets higher, they aren’t worried about getting caught. I believe the short interest will carry over from th me day before (there’s one number in that site that gives the time the MM’s need to make up the short, usually in days).

Investorpedia May have he article I read on short interest or it’s on that site - I like that site, too

Even if legalizing takes while, the fact its being considered is huge
