Impairment means that the value of the asset, declines on the company's balance sheet. Rimrock, which is btw active on NV SOS (GOOD SIGN!) shows book value of .001. It is very possible that for the purpose of completing the acquisition/merger within the budgetary constraints of TCC, the book value had to be .0001. The story is far from being over here imho. Bullish!!
