SHAREHOLDERS UPDATES:

I'm happy to report that our company's long time attorney is back "on the clock" . Mr.Simon Kogan, suffered his second stroke and was out of commission for a while. He is the attorney of record for several of companies that I'm involved with so we are a little behind in the paperwork. I spoke to Simon today and wished him well and a quick recovery. He was reviewing our filings as we speak and feels that he should be able to post the attorney letter by Friday. Out of privacy issues I did not mention his condition as we were anticipating hiring another attorney should things turned for the worse, but we are excited and very happy to continue our work together and we hope to get things caught up faster. On the programming issues, we ran into a few small things that we believe we will be able to tweak.
