Not really, I guess if they are trying to time the PR then it would have been better, MMEX clearly doesn't worry about the filing/PR timings.

Depends on your plan here, some guys are buying the bottom and looking for the pop after the dilution, others are buying with eyes on the end of April and momo of a big announcement, others are planning to be here in 2019.
