Massive dilution and subsequent share selloff is bringing this stock to the "CAPITULATION" point where everyone has finally got it that this stock is going no where but down in price and value until the dilution is done and the reverse split (that has to happen) happens. Then about a week after the R/S come back and take a look to see if it's off life support. All this, in spite of the fact that, yes, NVCN has two or three products that when approved and come to market will be HUGE; just not anywhere near there yet. Another 200+ Million share day. IMO
